Kathe Roberts, Professional OrganizerKathe is a friendly, empathetic, direct and compassionate person who started Top to Bottom Organization in order to bring top quality residential organizational services to the greater NJ/NY area.  She is passionate about helping people to streamline their material world to make room for what they value and for what is truly important in their lives.

Prior to starting Top to Bottom Organization, Kathe worked 18 years in the business world as a corporate manager at various Fortune 500 companies in the Pharmaceutical, Chemical and Publishing/Entertainment world.

Her responsibilities included re-organization of systems and procedures, project management, disaster recovery and daily financial management. She developed people skills and a facility for time management, finances and keeping projects both organized and on targetskills she deploys today to guide you, the client, toward streamlining your home and personal space and simplifying your life.

Kathe offers all of this in a friendly, non-judgmental and confidential manner where client satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.

In addition to her business, Kathe runs a busy yet singularly well organized household with her husband and two children in Montclair, NJ.

Professional Organizations:

Kathe is a member of NAPO (National Association of Professional Organizers), a not for profit organization that provides members with training and education, resources, networking and an annual conference. She follows NAPO’s Code of Ethics which requires objectivity, confidentiality and a high level of professionalism.

She is an active member of the Northern NJ Chapter, which holds monthly meetings for organizers in the New Jersey area.
