Kathe Roberts is the founder and owner of Top to Bottom Organization, LLC a professional organizing and productivity service. She is a Certified Professional Organizer a distinguished certification that requires extensive work experience, ongoing education requirements and passing a rigorous exam.
She started her business in 2007 out of a passion to work with clients to transform their homes into beautifully organized spaces with custom solutions and routines. She loves working on downsizing all types of families and setting up their new homes in a functional and organized way She is passionate about helping people streamline their material world to make room for less stress and time for what they truly value and love.
Prior to starting her own business Kathe spent 19 years working for Fortune 500 companies where she held senior management roles responsible for project management, disaster recovery, financial management and organization of corporate systems and procedures. She developed skills in time management, collaboration, communication and finance while keeping projects organized and on target. These are skills used today to guide clients towards streamlining their spaces and establishing organizational systems to simplify their lives to be more productive. Recently she spent a year working with The Container Store as a Contained Home Organizer and is uniquely qualified to design and measure Elfa systems for organized closets, pantries, offices, playrooms and much more.
As an active member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO) and her NAPO Northern NJ chapter Kathe has held leadership roles on the Board of Directors for seven terms. Passionate about organizing she has earned advanced Specialist Certificates in Residential Organizing, Life Transitions and Workplace Productivity. Kathe works with her clients in a confidential and non-judgmental environment and follows the NAPO code of ethics.
