Privacy & Confidentiality: Your privacy is a priority to us. Top to Bottom Organization does not share any of your personal information. As a member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals, we adhere strictly to their Code of Ethics which emphasizes confidentiality, honesty and integrity.
Payments: Payment may be made by cash, check, or via credit card through Square, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo or other bank service. There will be a fee of $35 for any checks returned for any reason.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required for any jobs that are booked for more than one session.
Session Length: Sessions are booked at a minimum of four hours in length and a maximum of 8 hours for a scheduled session or unpack.
Cancellations: Client must give 48 hours’ notice for cancellation of a session. Unless cancellation is a result of a true emergency the fee will be in effect. The Organizer reserves this time specifically for the client and loses potential revenue when that time is not available for other sessions. Client will be responsible to pay to Top to Bottom Organization, 50% fee of the scheduled session time.
Photo Release: We are proud of our transformations and would love to share your photos without any personal info. When you sign our Service Contract you please choose one of three photo releases. 1) pictures are allowed for use by Top to Bottom Organization to be used on the website or marketing material (personal identifiers are limited to first and last initial and town/state) 2) pictures will be used strictly for the project and 3) no pictures will be taken.
Pets: We request that all pets be secured in a separate part of the house.
Safety: We reserves the right to refuse to work in any area that may be unsafe. Please remove and secure any weapons (including firearms, knives etc.) from the area to be worked in to ensure the safety of the Top to Bottom Organization team.
Shopping: With the initial four hour session an hour of shopping time (online and in store) is included. Additional time outside of scheduled appointments spent shopping for clients is charged at a rate quoted in the contract. If products to be purchased are over $300 a 50% deposit is required. Reimbursements is due at the end of the session.
Travel: Travel over 35 miles is charged at $0.55 per mile. Travel to NYC may incur additional travel fees. Top to Bottom Organization is based out of Montclair NJ.
Trash/Donations: We insure that all trash is removed from the space we are working in and placed into the homes trash receptacle. We will set up donation pickup from the charity of your choice as part of the session fee.
Session Confirmations: Unless otherwise arranged, Top to Bottom Organization does not call or email in advance to confirm appointments. Please call the business line at (917) 859-7715 if you need to reschedule.
Most Organizational Services are fully insured: The exception is packing for clients. We are not a moving company but we pack at the highest of standards often higher than many movers. We cannot be responsible for what occurs in transit.
Top to Bottom Organization, LLC reserves the right to change or discontinue any or all of these policies at our sole discretion at any time.
